Meroitic Period,  XXV Dinasty Nubian- Kushite 760-656 a.C. A limestone bust of a pharaoh, sculpted in high relief, the king wearing the nemes head cloth with uraeus and false beard indicating his status, his youthful and idealized face with smiling mouth, full outlined lips, almond shaped eyes with cosmetic line in relief, the long eyebrows in shallow relief, wide nose, the ears bodily carved.
Ex Blanchard’s Museum, Cairo, accompained by museum label and payment bond in English and Arabic, maturity date end june 1917.
